To limit repeated or automated form submissions, we keep a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address for at most 10 minutes. It is not linked to your inquiry and is deleted automatically.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or third-party tracking.

3. How long we keep it

Inquiries submitted through the form are deleted automatically one (1) year after we receive them, unless a contract follows or a longer period is required by law, in which case we keep only what is required for as long as it is required. You can ask us to delete your inquiry earlier at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not provide it to third parties for their own purposes, except where required by law.

5. Service providers and storage outside Korea

We use the following providers to run this website and our email. Your information is transferred to them over encrypted connections when you submit the form or send an email.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, to stop its processing, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay and within the period required by law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

7. How we protect it

All connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Stored inquiries can be accessed only through the company’s own administrator account. We keep the data we collect to a minimum.

8. Deletion

Stored inquiries expire and are deleted automatically when the retention period ends. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete it so that it cannot be restored.
